I (you) agree that:
  • I give permission for the organisers to contact me for further information relating to my story which may include a filmed interview
  • The person(s) featured in the story have given permission for their story to be shared
  • I give permission for the organisers to use my story/video/supporting information for inclusion in the East Belfast – Our Story 2020 film if they decide to feature it.
  • I am happy that they can share it as part of the final film via email social media (such as Facebook and Twitter) and in emails to their supporters.
  • I agree that I am happy for the organisers to edit parts of my story and that they may go alongside other videos/stories in telling the story of East Belfast 2020
